Meet the Owner

I am Daniel Lopp and the owner of Lopp Property Maintenance. I was born and raised in Nantahala NC and have always loved serving this community. My wife Kayla and I have been married for 15 years and have four wonderful children. I have been in the construction industry for the last 20 years on the side from teaching. I have done everything from landscaping to complete home builds. I’m a certified home inspector and previously a pool and spa operator.  With deep ties and connections to the area, on top of providing quality home maintenance, we can also help you with larger or specific projects by providing proven premium contractors to help you complete them.
